So far over 54,000 people have either voted or mailed their ballots. So far, this could be almost 40% of the total Republican Primary vote already cast. Wednesday set an all time Wednesday early voting record. I cannot urge you enough to get out and vote. Election day’s turnout may be small, meaning overall turnout will be small, and your votes counts even more.
I hope you vote for me, Ryan Patrick for the 177th Criminal District Court. My primary opponent, who last voted in the Democratic Primary, primarily practices divorce and family law, and over the past few years has very little felony case work. If you or your family were a victim or a defendant in a felony court, do you want a judge who is going to have to learn on the job, or a judge who is ready to go from day one. My experience with serious cases and my work with Special Crimes and Major Offenders makes me qualified to take the bench of the 177th.
I am ready to hit the ground running, and I ask for your vote this primary. Check here for the closest early voting location.
